Need Career Information?

Although the Career Center website provides links to several helpful blogs and websites, it may benefit you to check out this site.  The boot camp that the Career Center is holding soon at the Student Union building will be featuring a speech from a gentleman that is very in tune with what is going on in the "career world".
Before attending the boot camp, you may want to check out some of the important facts and research that is provided on the CERI website.  CERI stands for Collegiate Employment Research Institute.  This website is put together by a team of people from Michigan State University that track down all the important information college students need to know about careers before and after graduation.  There are not only extremely helpful tips and facts on the site, but some very interesting ones as well.
Some of the important sections of the website are as follows: recruiting trends, assessment support, student transition, and milennial young adults.  This website contains numerous information that will help you with the job search process, transition into a career, and also any other information you would like to know about careers at this time.  Go check it out!
