Videos in the ILC

I'm sure most of you have been in the new, sharp ILC building. If you have, you couldn't have missed the tons of TV's all over the walls inside. There are small monitors by all of the tables on the first floor. If you haven't noticed them go check 'em out! Not only is it a pretty neat place to hang, with all of the new state of the art computers and comfy couches on every floor, but now those small monitors on the first floor will be playing cool videos with really helpful information.

The Career Peers at the Career Center have taken on a new venture and created videos to play on those screens in the ILC. The videos are small, one minute clips with no sound. But the sound need not be heard, for the information they provide is all you need; lots of tips and helpful hints that could help when looking for a career in our struggling economy. The first video that has been produced is on Internships and how they can help in getting a job right now. It should be up in the ILC in the near future so look for it. New videos are also currently in production. If there are any suggestions on what you'd like to see in the future just comment on here directly, or shoot us an email at bsucareercenter@gmail.com. We'll work on getting those wants and suggestions met.

We will also be posting the videos on our iTunesU page so you will be able to check them out on there if you haven't been able to make it to the ILC lately. To get to the iTunesU page just go to the Career Center's website, career.boisestate.edu. Then click on the tab labeled iTunesU page. You can login with your BroncoWeb username and password. Make sure you check back from time to time to see the new videos that could make a difference in landing a job!
