Heard about on campus interviews?

The hiring companies are coming to us! ... not the other way around. It is a good idea to be constantly checking BroncoJobs in order to find out what businesses will be in the Career Center doing campus interviews. Description:
The Sales Associate role at Frito-Lay is Critical to Our Success: Sales Associates participate in a 12 month training program designed to provide an understanding of our business and the leadership skills necessary to perform the role of District Sales Leader (DSL)
•After training, Sales Associates will lead teams of 8 to 15 Route Sales Representatives (RSR)
•Sales Associates are responsible for sales and expense accountability of $4M to $10M in annual revenue
•Sales Associate will lead and oversee day-to-day sales, logistics, inventory, scheduling, training and customer selling Working at Frito-Lay is Rewarding:

Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related major
•Prior sales or management experience is preferred, but not required (including internship experience)
•Demonstrated Leadership ability—coaching and motivating a team Problem solving and analytical skills
•“Clear” driving record for the past 3 years Work Environment:
•Must be willing to drive a step van for up to 6 months during training and on the job as needed .
•Must be willing and able to perform some physical tasks (setting up displays/racks, lifting up to 40 lbs.)
•Some weekend/holiday work required
